Women’s Self-Defence BJJ Programme

Women’s Self-Defence BJJ Programme
Empowerment isn’t just a mindset; it’s a skill set. For women, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is often called the “great equaliser.” Unlike combat sports that depend on raw power or explosive sprinting, BJJ is the “gentle art” of using leverage, technique, and timing to neutralise a larger, stronger opponent.
By emphasising ground defence and positional control, BJJ gives women practical tools to stay calm under pressure and regain safety in real-world situations. Beyond physical tactics, this programme cultivates a unique confidence that extends beyond the mats into everyday life.
This six-week course aims to introduce you to the fundamentals of grappling and self-protection in a supportive, high-energy environment. Whether you’re seeking life-saving skills or a workout that genuinely engages your mind, this is the ideal starting point.
